Nexus (25 Farringdon Street) is a Grade A Cat A office redevelopment and upward extension in the City of London (EC4), completed in 2009.
Working with investors Tishman Speyer and develeopment mangers CO-RE, we coordinated planning, design and delivery to modernise the building and add four new storeys (c. 50,000 sq ft), creating approximately 14,850 sq m (c. 160,000 sq ft) of offices with ancillary retail. The scheme achieved BREEAM “Very Good”, evidencing the quality and sustainability credentials of the asset.
