26 Bishops Avenue is a super-prime residential redevelopment on The Bishops Avenue, North West London (within the Hampstead Garden Suburb Conservation Area), completed in 2019 for a private family office.
Foundry acted as Development Director, structuring the key contracts and legal framework and leading delivery to programme while maintaining tight control of cost, quality and—critically—design intent. The scheme redeveloped an existing dwelling to create five luxury apartments and three luxury detached houses, incorporating underground parking and high-end resident amenities including a pool/spa, gym and cinema, alongside comfort cooling and fully integrated home automation.
