33 Kingsway is a Grade A Cat A office refurbishment and upward extension in Covent Garden/Midtown (WC2B), opposite the London School of Economics, completed in 2008 for Aviva Investors.
We coordinated planning, design and delivery to modernise the building and add an additional storey (c. 6,600 sq ft typical floorplate), delivering c. 58,727 sq ft (5,456 sq m) of office and ancillary retail arranged around a full-height central atrium with an upgraded entrance and reception. The refurbishment achieved BREEAM “Pass” at final certification.
