Broad Street Mall is a c. 409,000 sq ft town-centre shopping and leisure destination in the heart of Reading (RG1), around a five-minute walk from Reading station and adjacent to one of the University of Reading student halls.
We worked on the design of a targeted façade uplift and refresh, including new and renewed entrances and updated external branding and wayfinding, to strengthen street presence and improve the customer arrival experience for a centre anchored by a mix of national and independent operators and an evolving leisure offer. The client was Inception (Reading) SARL, with Moorgarth Group acting as the asset manager.
