Mote Road, Maidstone (Kent) is a planning-approved, residential-led mixed-use scheme on the former Mote Road car park, one of Maidstone town centre’s priority opportunity sites, comprising two 12-storey blocks delivering 172 apartments (78 studio/1-bed, 84 two-bed, 10 three-bed) alongside c. 1,169 sq m of commercial space (configured as three units), public realm/landscaping and supporting parking and amenity space.
Foundry acted as Development Director for a private family office, structuring the key contracts and legal framework and coordinating stakeholders to maintain tight control of programme, cost, quality and design intent through concept and pre-construction.
