101 New Cavendish Street is a Grade A Cat A refurbishment and extension of a mixed-use, office-led building in Fitzrovia (W1W 6XH), on a prominent island site at the junction of New Cavendish Street and Great Titchfield Street, moments from Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road and Great Portland Street, and adjacent to the University of Westminster’s Cavendish campus.

Completed in February 2009, we delivered the project for Greycoat’s Central London Office Development Fund, coordinating planning, design and delivery while retaining the structural frame and delivering new façades, upgraded services/plant and a new internal atrium. The scheme provides approximately 92,000 sq ft (c. 8,550 sq m) of office space across four floors (c. 23,000 sq ft floorplates) above ground-floor retail, plus c. 7,500 sq ft of residential accommodation (c. 101,900 sq ft total).
